As the name suggests, olive oil is pressed from the fruit of the olive tree. This in turn is up to 2,000 years old, blooms all year round and bears fruit until the end of its life.
Olive oil is rich in oleic acid, which protects against asthma and allergies. The product is rich in vitamins A, E, D and K. It helps with atherosclerosis, gallstone disease, gastritis and stomach ulcers, and also prevents the formation of free radicals. It slows down the aging process and has a major impact on bone growth in children. In addition, this natural fat improves the digestive process and allows you to get rid of toxins from the body faster.
Olive as a household cosmetic used for baths, masks, scrubs and cream substitutes gives excellent results. The olive massage stimulates the blood circulation, thanks to which the skin is better nourished. In addition, the oil has a calming effect on the skin, strengthens its natural defences, protects it from drying out and eliminates its roughness.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
After opening, the olive oil is suitable for consumption for 8-10 months. It is best to keep it in a dry, sun-free place, but also not in the refrigerator, as it is sensitive to sudden changes in temperature. In the refrigerator, the oil will turn cloudy, but this is a natural and reversible process.
