Chickpeas (or garbanzo beans) are legumes rich in valuable nutrients for the body - very popular in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. The flour has a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be successfully used alone or as an additive to other flours. Recommended for baking bread, COOKING pasta, especially pancakes called socca, kadhi - a thick, spicy sauce, pakora - vegetables in batter, and desserts like ladoo dessert. Chickpea flour offers properties related to thickening food (binding properties), so it is also excellent for thickening soups and sauces. The product is a good source of valuable, easily digestible vegetable protein, iron, potassium, magnesium and fiber, which have a positive effect on the quality of digestion and stimulate the metabolism.
