Made from unbleached, totally chlorine-free greaseproof paper. This is a great alternative to plastic pastry bags (which go to landfill). Our baking bags retain juice for delicious, tender, juicy meat that pulls off the bone easily.
The bags are medium sized - perfect for roasting chicken, fish, medium roasts, vegetables and more. 36x27x9cm.
The bottom seam of the bag is designed to allow steam to escape from the baking bag during baking, so it's best not to fill the bag with too much liquid. For best results, place food in the center of the bag and avoid overfilling. After cooking, you can use the remaining pouch of liquid below to make a delicious sauce. Easily prepare a "stew" by baking vegetables such as onions, potatoes or carrots with meat.
Do not lift with INGREDIENTS before cooking
