DESCRIPTION

The infusion of the Christmas tree herb improves the digestive processes. Mugwort is used for flatulence, excessive belching or loss of appetite. The decoction can also be used externally to wash damaged epidermis.
INGREDIENTS

100% dried, ground mugwort
Artemisia abrotanum L.

APPLICATION
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of herbs and leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes and strain.
Drink 1/4-1/3 cups 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
3g of mugwort (1 tablespoon of the product) is the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
