Creatine is an organic chemical compound that occurs naturally in the human body. It usually comes with animal products like meat, eggs, or fish. APPLICATION
Mix 2.5g serving (1/2 scoop) in 100-150ml of water or juice.
On training days, drink two servings daily, one right after waking up and the other after training.
On non-training days, drink one serving upon waking daily
