Linseed oil is a source of unsaturated fatty acids, which include: omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, arachidonic acids, as well as saturated acids such as myristic, palmitic and stearic acids. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are involved in cell formation and hormone production, they also support the lowering of LDL cholesterol and determine the efficient functioning of the nervous system. In addition, linseed oil contains large amounts of vitamin E, which perfectly nourishes the skin. Thanks to its oily consistency, it supports intestinal function - flaxseed is rich in fiber, which naturally regulates the digestive processes.
