INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin A (as palmitate, beta-carotene); Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate); vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) (D3); Vitamin E (like a natural blend of tocotrienols, tocofersolan); Vitamin K (as K2 (MK7), K1 (phytonadione)); thiamine (vitamin B1) (thiamine hydrochloride); niacin (as niacin, niacinamide); vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride); folate (as calcium folinate); vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin); biotin; pantothenic acid (as calcium d-pantothenate); sodium (as sodium ascorbate); trimethylglycine (from betaine); Proprietary Blend: Phospholipids (from Purified Sunflower Lecithin), Milk Thistle Seed Liquid Extract, Tocotrienols (from Annatto), Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Lutein; Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, EDTA (as a preservative), Sodium Hydroxide, Natural Citrus Oil and Natural Flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 ml daily. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Can be dissolved in water. It is best to eat on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 60 days after opening.
