Organic flax is produced in the process of grinding flaxseed from controlled organic cultivation. It is characterized by a high fiber content. After flooding with water, it increases in volume and turns into a gel. Ground flax is an ideal supplement to your daily and balanced diet.

What is the use of ground organic flax?

•   an excellent addition to cocktails and drinks;
• acts as a nutritious ingredient of pancakes, cakes and oatmeal;
• can be used for homemade and baked goods;
• ground linen can also be used to thicken soups and sauces.

Recommended dosage for ground linen: Pour 1 tablespoon of ground linen (10 g) into 250 ml of warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes. May be consumed 2-3 times a day.
