The preparation is a source of magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide. It also contains an adequate amount of vitamin B6, the presence of which is necessary for the body to use magnesium efficiently. The form of magnesium used in the supplement allows you to pack an effective portion of this mineral into a very small tablet that is extremely easy to swallow.
Vitamin B6 is responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscle contractions. In addition, its appropriate level increases the body's resistance.
INGREDIENTS

Magnesium (magnesium oxide), vitamin B6, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, release agent: titanium dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerine (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), colouring: titanium dioxide.

Amount per daily dose (3 tablets):
Magnesium (magnesium oxide) - 400 mg
Vitamin B6 - 25 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3 tablets per day.
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Pregnant women, nursing mothers and sick people should consult a doctor before taking the preparation.
Please do not use if the outer film has been removed or otherwise damaged so that the product can be opened prior to purchase.
