DESCRIPTION

Organic corn grits obtained from grain corn. It is used to PREPARE the famous Italian polenta or Romanian Mamaliga, which tastes both sweet, for example at breakfast with dried fruit, and savory for main courses. The porridge also serves as a thickener for soups and sauces, and after being ground into flour, it is also used to PREPARE cakes, puddings, cakes.
