Ingredients:
Filler - Sorbitol, Starch, Hops cones - 50 mg/tablet, Melissa leaf - 50 mg/tablet, Anti-caking agent - Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide.

The content of individual plant components per recommended daily dose is as follows: Hops cones - 200 mg, Melissa leaf - 200 mg.

Intended use:
The product is a supplement to the daily diet. Lemon balm relieves anxiety, irritability, and mental tension, and facilitates falling asleep. Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system and help with sleep disorders.

Instructions for use:
It is recommended to take 2 tablets twice daily with liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Store in a closed container, at room temperature, and out of reach of small children.
