Magnesium flakes for bathing

Magnesium flakes for bathing are dissolved in a bath with warm water. After a half-hour bath, you will feel relief, regenerate your tired body after a strenuous day, and relax your mind. You will feel relaxed and complaints related to muscle and joint pain will be noticeably alleviated.

Natural origin:

The package contains pure magnesium of natural origin, obtained in the form of bishofite, a mineral that formed in the prehistoric Permian era more than 200 million years ago. The magnesium and other regenerating trace elements contained in bishofite have a relaxing effect on the human body, and the magnesium itself is absorbed through the skin and replenishes deficiencies.

The natural bishofite used in Mg12 products is mined in Saxony at a depth of around 2,000 meters.

Type of bath preparation:

• Put half a kilo of flakes (half the package) into a bath with very warm water - about 38 degrees - and wait until they are completely dissolved.
• For the bath to take effect, you should bathe in it for at least 20 minutes without adding any washing liquid.
• After the bath, rinse your body under running water.

Also prepare a magnesium bath for your feet. If you have sore feet after a strenuous day, put about 100 to 200 g of flakes into a bowl of warm water and give them time to regenerate. You can also use a foot massager that stimulates the receptors and supports the effect of the magnesium flakes.

Ideally packaged:

The package contains enough flakes for eight baths, which corresponds to a one-month treatment. For foot baths, a one-kilogram package is enough to prepare 16 to 20 such baths.
