Perfect as an addition to muesli, salads, yoghurts, baked goods, cocktails, and as a snack that provides valuable energy and has a positive effect on the body's condition. It is a good source of protein and contains a complex of vitamins and minerals such as vitamins E and B6, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and zinc.
