Composition per capsule:

He Ye (Fol. nelumbinis), Nutmeg Lotus leaf extract 5:1 - 70 mg.

Shan Zha (Fruc. crataegi), Feathered Hawthorn - Leaf extract 5:1 - 70 mg

Ze Xie (Rhiz. alismatis), Water Plantain - Rhizome extract 5:1 - 70 mg

Fu Ling (Skler. poriae), coconut leek - sclerotium extract 5:1 - 70 mg

Huang Qi (Rad. astragali), membranous astragalus - root extract 5:1 - 70 mg

Bai Zhu (Rhiz. atractylodis), large-headed atractylodes - rhizome extract 5:1 - 70 mg

Maitake (Grifola frondosa), leaf-stemmed mushroom - fruit body extract 5:1 - 50 mg

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), Chinese mushroom - mycelium extract 5:1 - 30 mg

Dosage:
For health issues: 3-10 capsules daily (consultation with a doctor or specialist in Chinese medicine is recommended).
Preventively: 1-2 capsules per day.
We recommend taking it for 5 days a week, then a 2-day break.
The capsules should be taken on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.
Cordyceps should not be taken late at night to avoid disturbing sleep.

This product is not suitable for children under 3 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Does not contain ephedra, caffeine, gluten, preservatives, colorants, or sugar.
