Cold-pressed evening primrose oil is rich in unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 fatty acids. The fatty acid from the omega-6 family is linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Linoleic acid helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 10 g LA per day. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels [monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are unsaturated fats].

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients per daily dose: cold-pressed evening primrose oil - 1000 mg, of which linoleic acid - 650 mg, gamma - linolenic acid - 90 mg, oleic acid - 50 mg, capsule shell: gelatine, humectant: glycerin, water.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Recommended daily dose required to achieve a beneficial effect of the product: 1 capsule 2 times daily with a meal. Wash off with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. The consumption of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Protect from light. Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature in a dry place out of the reach of small children.
