Propolis, also called bee glue, is a natural substance produced by bees to protect the hive from pathogens. The bees collect resin from coniferous trees and mix it with their own secretions. The propolis tincture is the most effective form of using propolis as a dietary supplement and has a wide range of health-promoting effects.

Properties:

• Supports the body in eliminating bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites.
• Stimulates the body's defense functions in infections such as colds, flu, tonsillitis, and infections.
• Supports anti-inflammatory mechanisms.

Ingredients:

• Propolis (Tinctura Propolis 1:5)
• Certified ethyl alcohol
• Vegetable glycerin
• Distilled water
• Ethanol content: 70%

Recommended Use:

Internal:

• 1 measuring spoon 2-5 times daily, preferably sublingually or after dilution in a small amount of water.
• Content of the daily portion: 2.5 ml of propolis extract.
• The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

External:

• For application on skin with lesions (e.g., ringworm, infections, herpes).
• 1 teaspoon of the tincture diluted in half a glass of water and applied to the skin.

Storage:

Store in a closed container at room temperature and out of reach of children. Protect from light and moisture. Sedimentation is a natural phenomenon.

Contraindications:

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not use in persons allergic to any of the ingredients.
