DESCRIPTION
Cold-pressed, it is also a fine gourmet oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, it is rich in vitamin E, thanks to which it protects cells from oxidative stress. Just 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of almond oil cover the daily requirement. Its delicate almond flavor makes it ideal for salads, fish and vegetable dishes. The organic almond oil is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and people with raw food.
