DESCRIPTION

Sodium ascorbate E301 is the sodium salt of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It has a characteristic salty taste, but is less salty and easily soluble in water. This product is a source of easily digestible vitamin C, which thanks to its low acidity can be used by people with gastrointestinal problems. In addition, it is easily absorbed and metabolized from the gastrointestinal tract.

Dissolve 1g of sodium ascorbate in a glass of water. You can also dissolve it in your favorite drink.
