DESCRIPTION:

Sage is a silvery-green shrub with strongly fragrant leaves. The most widespread sage species originally comes from the Mediterranean region, but now also grows in North America. The leaves of this widely used culinary herb are used both in medicine and in cooking. Sage has one of the longest histories of use of all culinary and medicinal herbs. Externally, it was used by herbalists to treat sprains, swelling, ulcers, and bleeding. Internally, sage leaf tea has long been used to treat sore throats and coughs, often for gargling. Herbalists have also used it for rheumatism, excessive menstrual bleeding, and to dry up breast milk after weaning. It is particularly known for strengthening the nervous system, improving memory, and sharpening the senses.

INGREDIENTS:

Sage leaf extract (Salvia officinalis), humectant: glycerin, purified water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 0.5 ml (14 drops) daily, diluted in a small amount of water. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption.
