The word neera means "life-giving nectar" or "life force" of a palm tree in Sanskrit. Madal Bal Natural Tree Syrup was composed in Switzerland by combining pure Birdseye Maple with Arenga, Kitul, Palmyra, Nipah and Coconut Palm syrup. It took five years and many tests to create a mixture that met the needs of the Neera treatment. Palm syrup comes from Indonesia and Sri Lanka and maple syrup from Canada.
