Nefro Gryk is a herbal mixture of dried and crushed plant parts such as: nettle, buckwheat, elderberry, couch grass, birch, horsetail.

Nettle supports the water excretion via the kidneys, couch grass, birch, field horsetail supports the excretion function of the kidneys, elderberry supports the body's own defences.

PREPARATION TYPE : Place a sachet in a cup and pour over freshly boiled water. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes. It is recommended to consume 3 sachets daily.

It is recommended not to exceed the daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, cool place out of the reach of small children.
