Oregano oil - Origanum vulgare - is a natural antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals, which increases the protective properties of cells and helps in the proper functioning of the immune system. It is a product with strong antibacterial properties, which makes it ideal for periods of cold and problems with the intestinal bacterial flora. It is worth using it regularly as a prophylactic, because this oil strengthens our immunity and supports the digestive system.
Oregano herb contains phenols such as carvacrol and thymol, phenolic acids, flavonoids, phytosterols and catechins. In addition, it contains minerals such as: magnesium, zinc, potassium, iron and calcium. There are also many vitamins ie vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, A, E, K and folic acid. In addition, thanks to the content of flavonoids, the oil increases the absorption of vitamins in the body. The combination of flavonoids and phytosterols, on the other hand, affects the proper functioning of the upper respiratory tract.
Oregano oil together with vitamin K, which is included in its composition, has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and strengthens it. Thanks to B vitamins, it supports the work of the nervous system. This oil also has relaxing properties, helps to manage stress and has a calming effect. It can be used during inhalation. It also helps relieve joint stress.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake bottle well before use. Dilute in olive oil or juice before use - 1 drop per teaspoon of oil or juice, take 2 times a day before a meal.
