Multivit Fem with Ashwagandha Vitamins and Minerals for Women 60 Capsules

Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal. Swallow with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals taking anticoagulants with vitamin K antagonists (e.g., Warfarin and Acenocoumarol), or those taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or antiepileptics. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test results with a doctor or pharmacist. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Storage conditions: Protect from light. Store at room temperature, in a dry place and out of reach of small children. After opening, the product should be stored in the refrigerator.
