Intended Use:
The preparation is a supplement to the daily diet. Nettle leaf has diuretic properties, supports metabolism, cleanses the blood, and strengthens the body. Nettle leaves have a positive effect on joint function.

Instructions for Use:
Put 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) into a glass of boiling water, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion up to 3 times a day. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
