Composition: Wrotycz goals (Tanacetum Vulgare L.).

In folk medicine, tansy was valued for its rich composition of many valuable substances.

It has been used as a means of:

Method of preparation: Pour 1 tablespoon (approx. 1.5 g) of tansy herb with 1 glass (approx. 200 ml) of hot water, cover and leave to steep for 30 minutes, strain.

Recommended daily dose: About 1.5 g (tablespoon) of the product once a day. Systematic consumption of the product brings the best results.

Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of allergy to the preparation component. It is important to eat a balanced and varied diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
An overdose of tansy infusions is manifested by nausea, vomiting and belching, diarrhea, flushing of the face, sneezing, dizziness, flatulence, sweating (flow sweat), frequent urination and characteristic palpitations. Do not administer to pregnant and lactating women.
Tansy causes miscarriages. The active ingredients in tansy pass into the milk.

Storage:
at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
