The product contains 500 mg of natural rutin per tablet. Rutin belongs to the group of secondary bioflavonoids (biologically active, bioavailable flavonoids). Each tablet contains rutin in its active form, which is widespread in the plant world and is called quercetin-3-rutoside, or more simply - the naturally occurring glycoside of the quercetin bioflavonoid (quercetin with a glucose particle attached) - that's what nutritionists call it Routine. In PREPARING Rutyna 500 mg, Solgar uses only rutin, which is extracted from the pods of the seeds of the Brazilian Fava d'Anta (Dimorphandra mollis) shrub.
Rutin has a positive effect on the circulatory system - it helps to close capillaries. Thanks to these properties, it can help boost the body's immunity. It is dedicated to people who have problems with couperose skin.

INGREDIENTS
