The formula contains the plant ingredients valerian, hops, and passionflower as well as the amino acid GABA, a neurotransmitter naturally produced in the brain.

DESCRIPTION:

NOW® Sleep is a combination of ingredients that help calm your mind and relax your body so you can naturally fall into a restful sleep. GABA is a neurotransmitter normally produced in the brain, where its function is to relieve nervous tension.

INGREDIENTS:

Standardized valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) including valeric acid, hops cone extract (Humulus lupulus), capsule component: gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata), antioxidant (esters of fatty acids and ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 1-2 capsules daily before bedtime with a glass of water, as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This product is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Valerian may cause drowsiness. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the preparation, when driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol. Persons taking sedatives or antidepressants, suffering from depression, high blood pressure, or epilepsy should consult a doctor before using the preparation.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
