INGREDIENTS:

Choline diquinat (Choline), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale) 10:1, microencapsulated vitamin D3 (sucrose, starch, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), cholecalciferol), pyridoxine HCL (vitamin B6), filler: calcium phosphate; DuoFolicTM folic acid (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide (iodine), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). Capsule composition: plant cellulose.

USAGE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule after a meal and wash down with plenty of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

This product is intended for women of childbearing age. A beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of 400 µg folic acid for at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.
