Vitamin D is made in the skin when it is exposed to sunlight. In our geographical zone it is possible from April to September 10-15 at min. 15-minute daily exposure of at least the forearms and legs. However, if there is no sun during these months, we do not engage in it or use sunscreen (they can reduce vitamin D production by up to 90%), low vitamin D levels in early autumn can have a negative impact on immunity . For the rest of the year it is practically not produced in the skin. In our climate, too little supply is therefore common. The skin's ability to produce vitamins also decreases with age, which can lead to a reduction in calcium absorption, which is important for bone and muscle function (vitamin D is involved in calcium absorption). Dark and dark skinned people need a lot more sun to produce vitamin D in their skin.
Suitable for vegetarians - unlike other products containing vitamin D3, the sunshine vitamin in D3 is derived from sheep's wool lanolin (extracted by exposure to UV rays).

A drop of Vitamin D3 FORTE der Sonne contains 50 μg, which corresponds to 2000 IU **** vitamin D and makes up 1000% of the recommended daily dose (RWS). and 50% of safe consumption for adults and 100% for children.
For children under the age of 11, the sunshine vitamin D3 should not be taken together with other products that contain vitamin D.
Use under supervision in children under 1 year.
