The dietary supplement B12 500µg Strong is a set of three B vitamins: B6, B12, and folic acid, enriched with vitamin E. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to the maintenance of a normal homocysteine level and normal production of red blood cells. Vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to the maintenance of energy metabolism, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and support the function of the immune and nervous systems. B6 also influences the regulation of hormonal activity. Folate helps in the correct synthesis of amino acids and is involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin E helps protect cells from free radicals.

Ingredients
Filler: microcrystalline cellulose, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Preparation and Use
