INGREDIENTS:

Valerian, gelatin, maltodextrin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: calcium silicate, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Ingredients: 1 capsule 2 capsules
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 350 mg 700 mg
Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis) (root)
(standardized to 0.8% valeric acid)
 200 mg (1.6 mg) 400 mg (3.2 mg)


APPLICATION:

Take one to two capsules 30 minutes before bedtime with water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

STORAGE:

Store at room temperature and out of reach of young children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution: May cause drowsiness. Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery.
