The conditioner's formula is based on a combination of ingredients (biotin, saw palmetto extract, quinoa proteins, vitamin E) that help rebuild the structure of thin, thinning hair and also stimulate hair follicle growth. It conditions the hair and strengthens the entire strand. After use, the hair is softer, feels thicker, and its volume is increased.
