NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Capsules deliver the key vitamin in a highly absorbable, liquid "softgel" form.

Vitamin D is normally obtained by the body from food, or vitamin D is produced in the skin by exposure to UV rays from the sun. However, its content in food is not high. As more people avoid sun exposure, supplementation becomes essential to ensure the body is getting the right dose of vitamin D.
