The kit contains all the necessary elements for a yerba beginner:
- Yerba Mate Green ORGANIC 400 g
- Bombilla Liza 19 cm
- Black box with insert
- Luka jar 350 ml (green, yellow or brown - depending on the availability of the product from the manufacturer) Ceramic jar specially designed for brewing yerba mate. Matero is an essential part of any yerba lover's kitchen kit. A ceramic Matero is best for beginners. It's easy to clean, roomy and perfect to hold in your hand.
Yerba mate is an energizing drink with a number of beneficial properties. A perfect substitute for your morning coffee. Yerba contains B vitamins that support the nervous system, vitamin E that keeps the skin looking youthful, and vitamin C that is responsible for strengthening the circulatory system and the immune system. Yerba is also rich in minerals, including magnesium, potassium, copper, zinc, iron and calcium. These ingredients ensure the proper functions of the body. Yerba mate contains matein (the equivalent of caffeine), thanks to which the stimulating effect can last up to eight hours. Drinking the infusion helps regulate blood pressure, boosts immunity, improves metabolism and is a source of antioxidants that protect against free radicals.
