APPLICATION ?
Cinnamon is a spice that enriches the taste of many sweet desserts. Besides the traditional addition to apple pie and gingerbread, it can also be used to flavor dry dishes. Perfect for fish and meat dishes as well as soups. It goes perfectly with milk and honey, so it's worth adding a pinch of cinnamon to tea or coffee. Cinnamon sticks also have a decorative function.
Use in the kitchen:
• Cinnamon is used to flavor rice dishes, baked apples and wine
• Small amounts of cinnamon are added to flavor fish, meat, stews and mutton, as well as compotes, desserts and cakes.

• Cinnamon is commonly used in Indian and Chinese cuisine
Perfect for meat and spicy dishes. It is a great addition to sweet dishes such as apple pie, mousses or creams.
There is probably no one who would not use cinnamon in pear compotes, chocolate desserts or cakes. It is also perfect as an accompaniment to root bread and toast.
