Ingredients for preparing Matcha Latte:

• a glass of warm spelt-almond drink (you can use your favorite plant milk)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup (or other sugar substitute of your choice)
• a flat spoon of matcha tea .

Preparation:

To mix the ingredients, you can use a blender, a mixer, a manual milk frother, or a traditional Japanese whisk to froth the ceremonial tea.
