Canola oil is generally considered the healthiest oil. This unobtrusive, taste-specific vegetable fat can improve brain function, promote weight loss and improve the appearance of skin and hair, as well as energize and influence mood, among other things. Sunflower oil is primarily a source of valuable phytosterols, which are excellent health prophylactics. Mediterranean liquid gold, i.e. olive oil, provides vitamins A, E, D and K. Linseed oil supports wound healing and can help lower bad cholesterol.
A blend of vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower, flax) and olive oil for infants and toddlers aged 6 to 36 months. Contains omega-3, omega-6, omega-9 fatty acids and vitamin E. Do not heat.
