MyVita contains only active ingredients without artificial additives or fillers. All ingredients are encapsulated in a vegetable cellulose capsule without coloring agents.
The alpha lipoic acid (ALA) contained in the dietary supplement is in the absorbable form of R-alpha lipoic acid. ALA acid can exist in the form of two isomers: R and S, with the former showing much better digestibility in the body. R-ALA acid is an organic compound that is synthesized in the body, unfortunately these are not sufficient amounts, so it must be obtained from the diet. R-ALA acid is fat and water soluble and therefore has high biological activity both at the level of cell membranes and in tissues and cells.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is a compound that exhibits high antioxidant activity. This means that they affect the breakdown of free radicals and have a protective effect on cells throughout the body. This action has a positive effect on the proper functioning of organs and can slow down the body's aging processes. It also helps stabilize blood sugar levels (supports proper sugar metabolism). Supports the regeneration of intracellular antioxidants: glutathione, vitamin E and vitamin C. It also effectively supports the body's natural cleansing process of heavy metals.
