In addition, there is the high content of squalene, which can help slow down the aging process of cells. It is also perfect for baking bread and as a coating for cutlets.

HOW TO USE

Boil the previously rinsed amaranth grains on a fine sieve in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of amaranth to 2 portions of water) for about 20 minutes.
