Raw linseed oil is pressed from carefully selected and tested golden linseeds of domestic origin. The oil is pressed using the "cold" method, thanks to which it retains the 100% natural composition of the plant. In addition, the fatty acid contained in it remains unchanged. Linseed oil is a product that can be considered our Polish superfood. Its valuable properties were already appreciated in ancient times. This oil is pressed from the seeds of common flaxseed. It has a yellow color, a pungent odor and a specific taste.
It is a virgin oil, it contains no artificial colors or preservatives. It is an oil pressed in small batches and packaged in dark glass bottles. This oil is a rich source of essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) that our bodies cannot produce on their own. Therefore, we must deliver them to the body along with food. EFAs are well known: OMEGA-3, OMEGA-6, OMEGA-9. Their deficiencies in our body are the cause of many dysfunctions. This oil is characterized by the right ratio of omega fatty acids for our body. Omega-3 and omega-6 in the right ratio have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. These polyunsaturated fatty acids affect the condition of the membranes of all cells in our body. They also take part in the synthesis of many processes affecting the circulatory system, its regulation and regeneration.
In addition, linseed oil has a positive effect on the work of internal organs and increases immunity. It helps to alleviate skin problems, supports skin moisture and increases its resistance to external environmental influences. It also contains high levels of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. It is called the vitamin of youth because it slows down the aging processes and by removing free radicals from our body, it has a beneficial effect on the body as a whole, protecting it from many diseases. This vitamin affects the proper functioning of vision, and its deficiency can increase susceptibility to infections.
Diet Flaxseed Oil can be used in salads, breads, smoothies and fruit smoothies. However, it is worth remembering that this oil should not be heated so that it does not lose its nutritional value. Linseed oil can also be used externally. It is an ingredient in many cosmetic products, but we can also apply it directly to the skin to lubricate and massage the skin and hair. It helps to alleviate skin problems, supports skin moisture and increases its resistance to external environmental influences. It moisturizes the hair and helps against split ends.

It should be stored in the refrigerator, preferably in a dark glass and protected from light. Oils that are low in linoleic acid, i.e. contain a very low proportion of omega-3 fatty acids and a very high proportion of omega-6 fatty acids, unfortunately do not have the same health-promoting properties as the linolenic variant. p>
