The manufacturing process guarantees the full taste and aroma as well as the preservation of all valuable nutrients. Organic coconut oil extra virgin is suitable in every kitchen for frying, baking and stewing, as a spread and as an addition to soups, sauces and other dishes. The oil is obtained by pressing coconut. Coconut oil mainly contains medium-chain fatty acids such as lauric, caprylic, capric, myristic and others. It is a very stable and universal oil, which is why it gained so much popularity. In addition, it has bactericidal and antioxidant properties and contains vitamins and minerals.
Unrefined oil has an intense coconut odor and a slightly sweet aftertaste. High temperature is not used in the extraction of such oil, it is cold pressed.
