The preparation contains 2.5 mg copper ions per tablet. Copper is 100% amino acid chelated, which ensures its best digestibility. The entire manufacturing process of chelates is patented, which guarantees that all properties so characteristic of chelates are preserved. Copper is the third most common trace element in the body after iron and zinc. The greatest amount of copper is found in skeletal muscle (about 25%), skin (15%), bone marrow (14%), brain (8-15%) and liver (8%). However, the highest levels of copper per gram of tissue are found in the brain and liver. Nutritionists estimate that copper deficiency in the diet currently affects around 40% of the population.
Copper has the effect of increasing the body's immunity. Together with iron, it takes part in the transport of oxygen to the cells of the body, has a positive effect on the work of the brain and can improve concentration and memory.
