Turmeric is one of the most valuable plants in the world. It originates from the Indian subcontinent where it has been used for millennia and is now used worldwide as a dietary supplement, spice, natural food and even a cosmetic ingredient.
Turmeric has enjoyed great popularity since ancient times. The first records of the use of turmeric come from Ayurveda and were written almost 2,500 years ago describing the benefits of using it.
However, only the latest and most advanced scientific methods have confirmed the health benefits of using its unique compounds. Turmeric has been shown to contain compounds with powerful health properties. These compounds are called curcuminoids, the most important of which is curcumin.
Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric, it is a powerful antioxidant.
Curcumin is one of the most popular and traditionally used herbs also known as the "golden spice". It is grown in different parts of India and other Asian countries.
Curcumin is fat-soluble and should therefore be consumed with a meal.

Organic turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa) standardized to 90% curcuminoids, black pepper extract (95% piperine), capsule shell: (binder: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Organic Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) 90% - 1000 mg
of which curcuminoids - 900 mg
Black Pepper Extract (95% Piperine) – 4 mg

RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT:
1-2 capsules with water or after a meal.
