Supplement omega-3 fatty acids from fish Omega Me by Health Labs contains 500 mg of omega-3 acids EPA and 250 mg DHA, which is the recommended daily dose in one capsule. DHA, EPA and ALA are omega-3 essential unsaturated fatty acids ( EFAs ). The ALA acid that we get from food can be slightly converted into EPA and DHA by biosynthesis, but that's not enough. The main sources of omega-3 EPA and DHA are oily fish such as anchovies, mackerel, tuna, salmon, herring, seafood and seaweed, so it is worth consuming them daily, but it is not always possible. EPA fatty acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Among other things, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the smooth functioning of the brain and supports vision. The product is free from impurities, colorants, preservatives and unnecessary fillers, which is confirmed by independent tests carried out by the JS Hamilton Poland accredited laboratory.
