Sushi rice 1000g Targroch
DESCRIPTION
- round short grain rice
- perfect for sushi PREPARATION
- a source of protein and fiber
Sushi is one of the most characteristic and extremely popular dishes in Japanese cuisine. It consists of boiled rice seasoned with vinegar with the addition of eggs, fish, vegetables, mushrooms, seafood and nori seaweed.
In order to properly prepare sushi, it is first necessary to choose the right rice. The rice used to COOK this world-famous Japanese dish is slightly different from the traditionally cooked side dish. The grains of sushi rice are mostly short-grained, about 5 mm long and slightly round in shape. Due to the high amylopectin content, the grains tend to stick together after cooking, making sushi PREPARATION easier.
