Vitamin D3 Capsules provide this vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid soft capsule form.
The body normally gets its vitamin D mainly through skin synthesis under the influence of sunlight and to a much lesser extent from food. The level of vitamin D in a typical Polish diet is low and definitely not enough to meet an adult's need for this vitamin.
Due to Poland's latitude, vitamin D3 supplementation is recommended all year round. Especially in the months of October to April you should pay attention to the right vitamin D3 level, as it is a time with little sunlight in Poland.

INGREDIENTS

Vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol obtained with lanolin, olive oil and softgel capsules (gelatin, glycerin, water).

Amount per day (1 capsule):
Vitamin D3 (in the form of cholecalciferol) (from lanolin) - 25 mcg - 1000 IU
(250%*)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The product is intended for adults only.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Pregnant and lactating women and those taking medications (especially those applied to the skin to treat psoriasis or thiazide diuretics) or who have other medical conditions (especially hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or hyperparathyroidism) should consult a doctor.
