Vitamin K is famous for its role in blood clotting and keeping bones in good condition. It helps maintain healthy teeth and bones. It is involved in the formation of osteocalcin, a protein responsible for binding calcium in the bones and on which their condition depends. It also supports the circulatory system by limiting the deposition of calcium and phosphate salts.
It comes in several forms including K1 and K2. The K2 form features exceptional bioavailability and greater activity in the body. Foods rich in vitamin K include kale, spinach, green tea, and oats. Vitamin K2 is mainly found in fermented foods such as natto - a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans. Vitamin K2 MK-7 by Solgar was made from this natto extract.

1 capsule per day.
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
