Dietary supplement Zinc + Magnesium + B6 Active is a composition of bioavailable, organic zinc and magnesium and the active form of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P).

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails, as well as to the maintenance of healthy bones. In addition, it is involved in the process of cell division, helps in proper protein synthesis and contributes to the maintenance of normal fertility and proper cognitive functions.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system, maintain proper and psychological functions, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
