What are the properties of artichoke juice ?

Artichokes and their juice are primarily known for their beneficial effects on the digestive system, and regular consumption can inhibit the development of some lifestyle diseases. Artichoke juice also supports the weight loss process; it is low in calories and nutritious. The niacin it contains accelerates the metabolism of fatty acids and carbohydrates, while inulin ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety and prevents us from reaching for unnecessary snacks. Contraindications to the use of artichoke juice

To feel the positive effects of artichoke juice on our body, you can drink it daily. Artichoke juice has a distinctive flavor, but a small amount is sufficient. It is best to drink about 30 ml of juice before each main meal of the day. However, there are some contraindications to the use of this medicine. Particular caution is required for people diagnosed with gallstones, who should consult a doctor before considering including artichoke juice in their diet. People with biliary insufficiency may experience painful and uncomfortable cramps after drinking artichoke juice.
