Eine einheimische und gesunde Alternative zu Speisesalz - Kłodawska-Salz

Very often, salt is perceived as a clearly harmful component of the diet, which can lead to the development of cardiovascular diseases, among other things. Indeed, like many products, consumed in excess, it can be harmful. However, the presence of salt in the diet determines the body's need for valuable micronutrients. To provide these ingredients effectively and healthily, it's worth reaching for mineral-rich, unrefined salt. Fortunately, you don't have to look far, because Kłodawska salt has been taking the Polish market by storm for several years. How does it differ from conventional table salt?

Klodawska salt - properties and effects on the body

It's worth starting with what Kłodawa salt is and where its beneficial effects on the body come from. The "family tree" of Kłodawa salt is long—it stretches back almost several hundred million years. During this time, the activity of sea and groundwater and the precipitation of minerals from them created a deposit from which high-quality Kłodawa table salt and salt for industrial purposes are now extracted.

The food industry has become accustomed to using refined products such as fats and salt. Purified, loose (made by the addition of an anti-caking agent), and snow-white table salt is often used in cooking—but it's worth noting that the refining process has removed most of its valuable minerals from the body.

Kłodawska salt owes its properties to the high mineral content it originally contained (such as iron, silicon , zinc, bromine, aluminum, selenium , copper, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, and iodine). This eliminates the need for any fortification, although you can also find iodized Kłodawska salt on the market. Supplementing the body's iodine needs is very important, as it helps prevent, for example, thyroid diseases. Kłodawska salt also supports the regulation of water and electrolyte balance in the body.

Including Klodawska salt in your daily diet has a beneficial effect on the body. Why? Valuable ingredients support the smooth flow of digestive processes and also contribute to the regulation of enzyme activity, which also supports metabolism and leads to better absorption of nutrients from food. According to the World Health Organization's recommendations, an adult can consume up to 5 g of salt per day—however, it's important to remember that it's found in many other products.

Kłodawska salt and its use

Coarse-grained Klodawska salt is used in every kitchen – it can be successfully used to season various hot and cold dishes. The shape of larger salt lumps eliminates the need for an anti-caking agent. Fine particles can be easily obtained with a grinder. Sea or Himalayan salt can also be found on store shelves.

However, their price is usually much higher—which is determined by the method of salt extraction. Pink Himalayan salt is considered one of the purest types of salt and is also advertised as the richest in minerals. In fact, it contains a significant number of minerals—albeit in a much lower concentration than Klodawska salt.

Klodawska salt is not only useful in the kitchen, but also as a natural remedy for the first symptoms of a cold. It has antibacterial properties, so you can successfully gargle for a sore throat or use it for inhalation. Salt can also be used for oral care and cleaning (removing various types of stains and gently cleaning marble surfaces).
